By visiting Victoria Park Nails and Spa, booking online, or receiving services at our Calgary studio, you agree to these terms and our posted policies.
Please provide accurate contact details, arrive on time, and follow technician guidance so we can deliver safe manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, massage, and waxing services.
We kindly request 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed or late cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service to cover reserved Calgary technician time.
While we follow Alberta health and hygiene standards, services are provided as-is. If you experience a concern, contact us within 48 hours so we can review and make it right.
